Directions
Bananas, sugar, applesauce, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract.
Mash bananas and add sugar, then let sit for 15 minutes. Add applesauce. Add eggs then beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean.
