Southwestern Roasted Corn on the Cob

4 - Ears of corn in the husks2- Tablespoons of the "Aw Shucks" Roasted Corn Spice2 - Tablespoon of melted butter1 - Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese grated fine
Soak corn in husks for one hour.
Heat grill on med.-high
Roast corn in husks for approx. 20 min.
Once corn is done peel back husks and wrap a papertowel around the bottom holding the husks together forming a handle.
Brush on melted butter, sprinkle with the "Aw Shucks" spice
Sprinkle on grated cheese.
Enjoy!
