Simple Peach Crisp

Ingredients
3-4 fresh peaches (or enough to cover the bottom of the pan)1/2 - 1 T honeyTopping:1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup butter (I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter stick)1/2 cup quick oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Cut up peaches and put in bottom of pan. I used a glass bread pan. Pour honey over peaches. Mix brown sugar, butter and oats in a separate bowl and sprinkle over peaches. Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You could double the recipe and use a square glass pan instead.

    This was delicious. I used a little splenda instead of honey and I used a metal bread loaf pan instead of glass. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the simple recipe. - 8/5/15
