Asparagus Tortilla with "Hollandaise" Sauce

* LaTortilla Factory Yellow Corn Tortilla, 1 serving * Asparagus, fresh, 5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) * Lemonaise, The Ojai Cook, 1/2 TBSpinch of cayanne pepperpinch of paprikapinch of sea salt
steam fry the asparagus for 3 minutes - should still be crisp, and bright green. To steam fry: place in a fry pan, add just enough water to keep them from sticking/burning, and fry for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemonaise and seasonings. If you wish, add a drop of two of olive oil or water to thin it out a bit.
place the asparagus in the center of the tortilla, and fold it over.
Drizzle with the "hollandaise" sauce.
