Beef with Mushrooms and Wine

Ingredients
1 pound Cube Steak1/2 C wine8 oz Mushrooms2 cloves Garlic minced2 Tbs chopped Italian Parsley2 Tbs Butter Unsalted
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients in plastic bag or marinade container. Let set in refrigerator for 30minutes up to 24 hours.

Melt butter in pan and braise meat for 2 minutes on each side. Remove to plate, keep warm.

Pour remaining marinade in pan, boil, and cook 2 minutes, pour over steaks.
