Broiled Cheesy Tomatoes

Ingredients
5 ripe large tomatoes1 cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup mayo1/2 italian dressingsalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Coat a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Cut the tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices and lay them out on the cookies sheet. Combine cheese, mayo and Italian dressing in a small bowl and carefully mound 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each tomato slice. Broil the tomatoes for about 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and just beginning to turn brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper
