Low Fat Applesauce Bread

2 C All Purpose Flour1/2 C Brown Sugar1 tsp ground Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 1/2 C unsweetened Applesauce1 large Egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Add applesauce and egg to dry ingredients and stir to combine making sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Turn into a lightly greased 8.5" x 4.5" x2.75" bread pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely on a cooling rack before removing from pan.
Makes 12 slices approximately 3/4" each.
