LC's Whole Wheat French Toast

Ingredients
Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 slice, large Egg, fresh, 3 medium (can also just include egg white)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Milk, 1%, .25 cup
Directions
mix liquids and spices into shallow container.
Add peices of bread until soaked.
Cover and fry until golden on ea side.
