Joe's Easy Moist Cake Cookies

Ingredients
1 Moist Cake Mix (any flavor)1 Large Egg1/4 C. Water1/3 C. Applesauce
1. Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be of thick consistency.
2. Using small scoop or teaspoon, drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 325-350 for 10-12 minutes.
Can leave untopped or cover with powered sugar or frosting of choice. Recipe yields nutrition of untopped cookies.
Makes 36 small cookies.
