Ingredients
2 Cups fresh soba noodles*2 Cups hearts of romaine, shredded1/4 Cup green onions, chopped1/4 Cup red bell pepper, chopped or sliced thin1/2 Cup fresh bean sprouts1/4 Cup almonds, slivered1/2 Cup sugar snap peas, chopped1/2 Cup carrots, grated or shredded1/2 Cup canned mandarin oranges, chopped1 whole or 2 halves boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled6 Tbsp Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing***You can usually find these in a normal grocery store in the produce area near the pre-packaged salad mixes.**You can substitute any dressing you like just take into consideration the different nutritional content.
Directions
1. Grill chicken breast with only a dash of black pepper to season, do not add salt the dressing has enough. Cool chicken breast to touch and then shred with two forks.


2. Cut up all vegetables and put into a large bowl.


3. Open noodle package and break the noodles up gently by hand.


4. Add noodles and chicken to vegetables and mix lightly.


5. Add dressing, mix to coat, and enjoy!
