cheddar jalapeno snack

Ingredients
2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar6 eggs8oz jar picked jalapenos(or sliced fresh mushrooms)garlic powderredpepper flakes optional
Directions
Arrange pepper slices into a 8x8x2 inch pan, pre-sprayed with Pam or misted with olive oil, sprinkle cheese evenly over the peppers, beat eggs and spices & pour over the cheese. bake at 350 for 30 minutues or until set. Cool completely and cut into 8 squares to serve at room temperature. serves 8
