1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal- Plain1/2 cup Rye Flakes 1 cup Water, tapTo Taste Kosher Salt 1 Tblsp ground **Flax Seed1/4 cup Quinoa
Makes 3/4 to 1 cup per serving of hot breakfast cereal.

Put all ingredients in a double boiler.

Allow to cook - stirring occassionaly for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
