Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chunks 1 cup red raspberries1/2 cup splenda sweetener2/3 cup water8 large ice cubes1/4 cup wheat germ
Directions
combine all ingredients in blender, cover & blend on low speed for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into 4 8oz glasses & serve. Makes 4 8 ounce servings

    This recipe contains 21 grams of sugar (which is conveniently omitted in the nutritional breakdown) and a total of 37 grams of carbohydrates.... HOW DOES THIS QUALIFY AS SUGAR FREE????? Just because cane sugar isn't added to a recipe, doesn't mean it's sugar free. - 1/16/16
