Triple Berry Low Everything Cheese Cake

4 8oz. Packages of Fat Free Cream Cheese softened to room temp.1c Splenda for Baking or similar sugar substitute8 oz. Cool Whip Light1/2 c Blackberries (fresh)1/2c Strawberries (fresh) chopped1/2c Raspberries (fresh) halved*Save a few of each of the Berries to use as garnish.**You may substitute Frozen berries thawed to room temp instead of fresh.
Make sure cream cheese is softened and at room temp.
Blend Cream Cheese & Splenda together on low until well mixed.
Add Berries continue mixing on low speed
Slowly fold in Cool Whip, Mix on low speed till well mixed.
Place in desert cups, top with extra fruit.
Chill 4hrs. before serving.
Yield: 8 1 cup Servings
