Banana-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)1 cup skim milk* I think it's sweet enough how it is, but you could add a little honey if you prefer your smoothies sweeter.* You can add a little protein powder to increase the protein content as well.
Directions
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender and pulse until smooth. (I use a Magic Bullet with the large cup.)

This makes a large serving for one, but could easily be split into 2 servings.
