Hummus & Veggie Spelt Wrap

Ingredients
1 Rudi's Whole Spelt Tortilla3 tbs Trader Joe's Organic hummus1/4 avocado1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves3 slices cucumber1 oz cheddar cheese (or slice of havarti cheese)
Directions
Spread hummus on one half of tortilla. Mash and spread avocado on the other half. On one side, place cucumber slices, spinach leaves and cheese slice. Fold tortilla over vegetables and chees.
