2 LARGE OR 4 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER 1/2 CUP OF ONIONS3/4 CUP SHREDDED CARROTS1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM1 BOX STOVE TOP WHOLE WHEAT STUFFING PREPARED ACCORDING TO PACKAGE
Directions
SLICE ZUCCHINIS INTO 1/2" PIECES AND BOIL IN SALT WATER FOR APPROX. 10 MINUTES; DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. SAUTE ONIONS AND CARROTS IN BUTTER AND THEN ADD TO ZUCCHINIS. ADD SOUP AND SOUR CREAM TO ZUCCHINI MIX AND STIR TOGETHER. PUT THIS MIXTURE INTO A CASSEROLE DISH AND TOP WITH PREPARED STUFFING. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES. (8) 1 cup servings
