Bella's Bariatric Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz. ground chicken1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese1 tsp. garlic powder1 Tbsp. oregano ( or italian blend seasoning )
Directions
Mix ground chicken, parmesean cheese and seasonings. Measure into 1 1/2 ounce and shape into balls.

makes 13 1/2 oz meatballs. 3 per serving. Serve with low sugar marinara sauce.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Broil tops for 1 or two minutes if you like them browned.

    I couldn't find ground chicken so I used ground turkey. I've never been a huge fan of ground turkey, but the meatballs were okay. Both of my kids liked them. - 8/7/07
