Hawaiian Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni 1/2 c cider vinegar2 c mayonaise2 c milk2 grated large carrots4 diced celery stalks4 diced scallion salt and pepper
Directions
Cook macaroni, drain and toss with vinegar. Stir together milk and mayonaise and add to macaroni. Toss with carrots, celery. scallions, salt and pepper to taste.

    Perhaps this was supposed to be macaroni SALAD and not macaroni and cheese? There's no cheese at all, and it looks like a basic macaroni salad recipe. - 7/27/10
