Garlic & Bacon Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs baby red potatoes2 garlic cloves2 turkey bacon slices1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
finely chop garlic and bacon. over medium heat cook bacon and half of chopped garlic. In a large pot bring potatoes to a boil for 8 minutes. When tender add potatoes, olive oil and remaining garlic to bacon mixture. cook over medium for 10 minutes or until potato skins get crispy then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
