Pinto Bean Burger

Ingredients
*365 Pinto Beans, No Salt Added, 67 oz Salsa, 2 cup Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp 2 tsp. Cumin Taco Shells, 4 oz Water, tap, 6 fl ozGround Flax seed - 1/2 cup
Directions
1. Crush the taco shells.

2. Drain liquid from beans.

3. Conbine ground flax seed with water, let stand for one minute or until it forms a paste.

4. In a small bowl, combine all engredients. Mix until almost smooth.

5. Form into 3 inch patties.coat both sides with cooking spray. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until 160 degrees.
