beef yum yum curry

Ingredients
1 can lite coconut milk2 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp tumeric6 tbsp curry2 small pices gingerdash of cinnimon4 whole cloves1 small diced onion1 small diced pepper (green, yellow or red)1 c diced celery32 oz beef4 bacon strips1 c plain low fat yogurt
Directions
I figure it makes about 10 servings. Everything but yogurt goes in crock on low for 8-10 hours. Break beef apart with fork, turn crock on high... add yogurt and heat thru. serve over rice (not included in nutitional values... and I used lean cuts of beef...)
