Pineapple with peppermint sugar and yogurt

Ingredients
250g pineapple4 tbsp granulated sugar4 tbsp of peppermint leaves4 tbsp fat free greek yogurt
Directions
Clean the pineapple and cut it in rings.
Mix the sugar and peppermint in a magimix until everything is fine.
Serve the pineapple with 2 tablespoons of peppermint sugar and a tablespoon fat free greek yogurt.
