Telapia Ceviche

Ingredients
2lbs Telapia, 1 cup Lemon juice, 1 cup onion,2 tsp salt, 5 serrano peppers, 1 cup tomatos chopped, 1 cup cilantro and 1/2 cup water.
Directions
Makes about 14 servings.

1. Mince the fish (food processor saves some time) and put in a bowl (raw).
2. add chopped onion and lemon juice, 2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup of water just to make sure the fish is covered in liquid but not completly submerged. MIX
3. refrigirate for an hour.
4. mix drain access liquid if there is too much or add more lemon juice if needed.
5. put in chopped tomatos, cilantro, and serrano peppers and add salt to taste.
6. serve over tostadas, salad greens or eat by its self.
