1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/2 banana, sliced, 2 slices low fat white bread (I used Natural Ovens White Wheat), 1t. vanilla, 2T PB2 (made by Bell Plantation), 1T water, 1T skim milk,
Combine PB2 and water in small bowl. Spread on bread. Add bananas.
In another dish, combine egg substitute, milk & vanilla. Coat both sides of sandwich and place in pre-heated skillet on medium.
