Butternut squash p90x

Ingredients
1 tbsp Shallots 2 clove Garlic 3 cups Squash Butternut 3/4 cup Free Range Chicken Broth (low Sodium)
Directions
1. Combine shallot & garlic in nonstick saucepan & cook over low heat until translucent, adding a little water if necessary to prevent scorching.

2. Add squash & chicken broth & simmer until squash is soft. About 20 minutes. Transfer to a blender or food processor & puree.

3. Return the soup to the pan & place over medium heat until heated through. Serve.

(if desired, add 1 TBSP protein powder just before serving = 1/2 protein)
