Simply Delicious Vegetable-Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed * Egg, fresh, 3 medium * Egg white, 8 serving * *Pet Evaporated Milk with Vit. D, 10 tbsp * *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup * Onions, raw, 3 small * Mashed Potatoes, 1 cup * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 3 package (10 oz) * White Wine, 2 fl oz
Directions
Grill the chicken, Cook the onion, garlic in a pan, add the veggies then the wine. Then, add the chicken (cut up into cubes). Prepare the milk, cheese and egg,mixture separately. Then put the meat and veggie mixture in a casserole dish. Pour the milk, egg and cheese mixture over it. Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees.
