Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp cloves1/4 tsp nutmeg2 cups splenda 4 eggs 2 cups grated carrot 1 cup pineapple, crushed and drained1/2 chopped walnuts (or other nut) 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce sift first 4 ingredients and add spicesadd sugar, applesauce and eggsmix well blend in carrots, walnuts and pineapplebake at 350 degrees F for one hour in a greased a floured angel food pan
