Salmon Omelette

4 oz cooked Salmon, shredded1 Egg1 Egg white2 tbsp Milk2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheesesaltpepper2 green onions, chopped, divided
Beat egg, egg white, milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour into a small preheated, Pam-sprayed pan over medium-low heat.
Flip after top is fairly set. Allow bottom of egg to cook.
Place salmon and the majority of the cheese and onions onto one half of egg and fold over.
Top with the rest of the onions and cheese and enjoy!
