Chocolate Covered Pretzels

36 waffle-shaped pretzels (or twists)32 (or 1/4 cup) Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips1/4 tsp canola or vegetable oil
Put chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Add oil and microwave for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds more; stir, and repeat once more if chips are not completely melted.
Dip pretzels halfway, one at a time, into melted chocolate and place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat process till all pretzels are dipped. Place cookie sheet in refrigerator for about 10 minutes, till chocolate has hardened. Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 3- 8 pretzel servings.
