Turkey Beef Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste1 cup Italian style bread crumbs2 eggs, largeadditional seasoning as per your taste
Directions
Mix ingredients, reserving 1/2 of the tomato paste and form in square baking dish. Press middle of meatloaf to make shallow dip in center of meatloaf. Add enough water to fill the tomato paste can almost to top and stir to mix. Pour and spread over top of meatloaf. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Makes 12 2" W x 4" L piecese.

    This is very much like my turkey beef meatloaf. I mix ketsup and mustard (1/2 cup combined) instead of tomato paste. Its delicious - 3/20/11
