Easy Chicken Parmesan Casserole

3 cups of cooked whole wheat spaghetti ( I use Heartland)3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken breast tenderloins, I prefer this)1.5 cups of Bertolli Organic Traditional Tomato Basil spaghetti sauce1 Shake 'n Bake Parmesan Crusted Seasoning Packet2 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, coat chicken breasts (or tenderloins) with the seasoning packet as directed on Shake 'n' Bake box.
Bake chicken on a foil-lined cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Remove.
Drain water from spaghetti. Place spaghetti in the bottom of an ungreased, glass 8x8 (or any 2 qt) baking dish. Place chicken breasts (or tenderloins) on top of the spaghetti. Cover with the spaghetti sauce, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Makes 3 hearty portions!!
