Mac'n'Cheesless Shells

Ingredients
1 cup whole grain shells2-4 cups boiling waterSauce:1 tablespoon non-hydrogenated margarine1 tablespoon white flour8 veggie slices soy or rice based cheese, American flavor1/2 cup plain soy or rice milk
Directions
1. Boil water in 2 quart sauce pan.
2. Add noodles once rolling boil has been reached.
3. Turn temperature down to medium and let noodles cook about 10 minutes
4. Drain in a strainer and let sit while you make the sauce


5. Start with sauce pan on low-medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon margarine.
6. Add in 1 tablespoon flour, and whisk as smooth as possible
7. Add soy/rice milk and continue to whisk/
8. Unwrap and add veggie slices broken into pieces. Whisk until fully melted and smooth.
9. Add noodles and stir to coat noodles.
10. Enjoy
