Easy Crock Pot Chicken in white sauce

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast (yields about 2 lbs of meat) 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% fat free1/2 packet of Good Seasons mix for Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Dip1/4 c Daisy Light Sour Cream1/4 c Water1/2 block of Cream Cheese Fat Free1/2 block of Neufchatel (low Fat) Cream Cheese
Directions
Add chicken to crockpot with water and sprinkle with 1/2 of the seasoning. Let cook for several hours.

Remove chicken from crockpot.
Add soup, sour cream, and cream cheeses. Pull chicken meat from the bones and add meat back to the mixture in the crockpot. Cook on low for another hour or so.

Makes 7 servings.

Can be served over pasta or rice.
