ham & veggie omlet

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Egg white, 1 serving (remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced (remove)Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Mushrooms
Directions
heat pan, place coconut oil in and melt pour in beaten egg and eggwhite, cook on med-low until ready to flip. Flip eggs Add ham and cheese and any veggies you like. Fold in half and serve.

I like to heat ham, scallions, and mushrooms before I put in omlet. Put fresh tomatoes on top .
