Potato sausage scramble

Ingredients
1 lb. breakfast sausage1 onion6 medium potatoes3 tbsp. soy based margarine2 tbsp. corn starch1 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into bite size piece. Boil until tender. Drain liquid and set aside. While potatoes are cooking, brown sausage and onion and drain off the fat. Mix in margarine and cornstarch. Over low heat add chicken broth and potatoes and stir gently until thick. Makes 6-8 servings.
