Bisquick: follow instruction on boxFish: any kind you likecheese
Directions
Follow the instructions on back of the bisquick box. It should say to mix the bisquick and water.

The pour the mix into cup cake pans.

Then add the fish and cheese

bake unitl the muffin looks cooked

toothpick trick: stick a tooth pick in the muffins. If the tooth pick looks wet the muffins are not cooked all of the way through.
