Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
12 oz top sirloin steak 6 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning 1 cup Green bell pepper, strips1 cup sliced onion 1/4 cup watercorn starchMission Flour Tortilla Fajita Size
Directions
Season & grill steak as you like. Cut into strips.
Sweat out the bell pepper & onion in a skillet with the water and steak.
Once warmed thru, remove steak, bell pepper & onion from pan. Mix cornstarch in water to make a thicker sauce if desired (this is included in nutrition facts)
Add pepper, onion & steak back to sauce.
Serve with cheese on tortillas.

Recipe makes 6 servings. 2oz steak, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tortillas per serving.
