Sweet and Sour Pork Cubed Steak

12 ounces of lean pork cube steak7 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce (Lee Kum Kee) 3 tablespoons Apricot Preserves (Kroger)1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1 tsp red wine vinegargarlic powder
Spray a skillet with Pam
Season the pork cube steaks with garlic powder and add to the skillet. Cook covered on Med Heat for 35 minutes, turning frequently.
While cooking mix in a bowl the Hoisin Sauce, Preserves, Pepper and red wine vinegar until well mixed.
Add the Hoisin sauce mixture to cover the tops of the steaks.
Cook for 5 minutes more turning once.
Serve with some of the sauce on top or as is. Also very good over steamed rice. But be sure to add in the nutritional value for rice if you do.
