Grilled Grean Beans & Baby Carrots

Ingredients
Baby Carrots about 20Green Beans about 3/4 lb around 40 beans2 cloves of Garlic1/2 cup chopped onions3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Wash the beans and pull the ends. Spray a foil packet with Pam to prevent sticking. Toss all ingredients together in a foil packet. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Close packet and add to the side of a hot fire while you grill your other food. Allow packet to grill about 25 minutes. Open, pour into bowl and enjoy.

    This was ok I would do it again, but not tops on the list. I wasn't grilling so put it in the oven for 25 minutes and it wasn't done had to finish by steaming, maybe that was the difference. Would still try again though - 3/23/08
