garden salsa

Ingredients
2 ripe medium tomatoes diced1 cucumber with skin diced1/4 onion dicedchi chi hot pepper diced 3 small black olives sliced4 small green olives sliced3-4 tbls three cheese italian dressing1 tsp grated fresh sharp provolone cheese
Directions
Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
Slice olives
Slice hot peppers
toss together
add dressing and stir
(This recipe is also good stirred into cold pasta)
Makes about 4 cups salsa
