Garden Quesadillas

Ingredients
2 small green and/or red sweet peppers, cut into thin strips1 small red onion, cut into thin, 1-inch-long stripsGround cuminChili powder5 tbsp Cream Cheese Light5 - 6 to 7 inch flour tortillas - I used Dempster BodywiseSalsa (optional)I also add Mushrooms sometimes.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F

Saute onion and peppers till tender, then add cumin and chili powder and cook for 1 more minute.

Meanwhile put cream cheese on tortillas once vegetables are ready put them on tortilla and fold in half.

Bake for 5 - 8 minutes till crispy and kind of brown.
