Blueberry ~ Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Kirkland blueberries1 cup Nancy's Plain Non-Fat Yogurt2 TBSP flax seed1 serving almonds 0.5 serving Kirkland Diet Green Tea2/3 ice cubesStart with liguid in a blender, crush almonds, then add all ingredients, and blend for 15-30 seconds. Throw in ice cubes. Makes 2 servings.
Directions
I use frozen Kirkland Blueberries, take a cup out of the freezer if I haven't taken the time to thaw, and pop the dish in the microwave for 30 seconds. In the summer, I substitute fresh blueberries.Makes 2 servings.
