Chicken Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cabbage, shredded 2 lb lean ground chicken (or turkey)1 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup uncooked rice4 cups canned no-salt-added tomato sauce1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
1. Place shredded cabbage in a lightly greased 4 quart casserole dish.
2. In skillet, cook chicken until browned and no longer pink in color. Add chopped onions; stir occasionally and cook 5 minutes. Add uncooked rice to cooked chicken.
3. Place chicken rice mixture over cabbage in casserole dish.
4. Combine tomato sauce, garlic, and oregano. Pour over cooked chicken.
5. Cover and bake 350 about 1 hour.
