Pork Fajitas

Ingredients
1.5 oz Center cut pork steaks, trimmed of fat1 tsp mexican spiceslime wedge1/4 cup onion slices
Directions
Trim pork steaks of fat and cut into strips. Sprinkle with spices and add onion. Cook over medium heat until brown. Take off the heat and squeeze a lime wedge over the meat. Serve on a flour tortilla
