Ingredients
2 Medium baking potatoes2 oz Reduced fat Velveeta cheese4 TBSP Fat free sour cream4 TBSP Green onions1 TBSP Garlic powder (or as desired)2 TBSP Bacon bitsTop with Paprika & Parsley
Directions
Bake potatoes, scoop out the potato and mash well with the rest of the ingredients. Top with Paprika and dried parsley and bake again until cheese is set.
