Ingredients 1 box Pillsbury Reduced Sugar yellow cake mix1 sm. pkg fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix3 eggs1/4 cup water1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce4 medium very ripe banana(s)1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Instructions
Mash very ripe bananas and mix with all other ingredients. Pour into a bundt pan well sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
