Chicken Tonnato

Ingredients
6 oz. canned tuna in olive oil (not drained)2 Tbsp. capers (drained)3 Anchovy Fillets1/2 c. mayonnaise4 chicken breasts
Directions
Using a food processor, puree one 6-ounce can undrained tuna packed in oil, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 anchovy fillets and 2 tablespoons each drained capers, fresh lemon juice and water.

Grill, roast, or bake 4 chicken breasts. Top chicken with sauce. Serves 4.
