Sheila's Thanksgiving Candied Yams

Ingredients
Directions
Chop sweet potatoes in large chunks. Boil until
"fork-tender." Remove from heat & drain very
well. Add cinnamon, heavy cream, & "sugar,"
mixing extremely well until consistency of
homestyle mashed potatoes is achieved. Add
mixture to baking dish. 40 minutes at 325º.
Cover completely with marshmallows & place in
oven until melted & ever-so-slightly toasted.

5 medium sweet potatoes, rinsed & peeled½ stick butter3 T cinnamon½ cup heavy cream7 packets of Splenda or 2/3 cup Brown SugarTwin1-2 packages low-carb marshmallows(All ingredients may be found on the Internet, in supermarkets, or health food stores.)
