Green Smoothy

Ingredients
1/2 cup kale - I prefer to freeze mine1/2 cup frozen spinach1/4 cup frozen strawberries (I use 3-4 depending on size)1/4 cup Ruby Pomegranate Juice1 Banana
Directions
Makes 1 serving

My blender can't make this, so I use a food processor. If your blender can, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

If you are using a food processor, I recommend:
Add strawberries, kale, and spinach to food processor. Process until all is broken down as small as possible. I like to eliminate all chunks. Then add the banana and juice and process until smooth and well blended.
If you would like a thicker drink, you can freeze your banana's. I find it's easier to drink if you use a fresh banana that has not been frozen.

Enjoy! It makes for a great breakfast.
